CUSTOMER SUPPORT OFFICER

► Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Fridays

Our Client is a well-established company in Singapore to serve the semiconductor and electronics industries both local and globally.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer support to corporate clients, managing their orders and requests end-to-end.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, including quotations, service support, and documentation requests.
• Prepare and submit accurate quotations in a timely manner.
• Provide required documents through customers' respective management systems.
• Proactively update customers on order status and shipment schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of spare parts price lists for customers.
• Coordinate with customers, forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of orders and shipments.
• Assist customers with customs queries by preparing and submitting the necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and implement solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and hardworking with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and adaptable with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
• High level of integrity and able to handle confidential information.
• Capable of working both independently and in teams.
• Able to handle tight schedules and high request volumes while remaining composed.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills to work with diverse individuals.
• Experience in managing multiple projects with tight deadlines is an advantage.
