Schedule: Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 17:00; Days Off - Saturday and Sunday
This Customer Support Representative opening in Lisbon, Portugal is a good fit for someone who's fluent in Dutch and ready for a new challenge.
Day to day, you're the voice customers hear when they need help - tone and follow-through matter as much as the answer itself.
What We Offer:
- Salary: 1100
- Welcome bonus: €2,000; paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during first year.
Your Responsibilities:
- Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment
- Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit
- Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated
- Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly
Requirements:
- Fluent Dutch, English
- Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
- Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role
