**Work Mode:** Work From Office (WFO)
**Shift:** Rotational Shift
**Working Days:** 5 Days a Week

### Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- Experience: International Inbound Voice BPO
- Candidates with relevant international voice experience are preferred.

### Salary Details (Based on Experience)

** 611 Months of Experience**
- Annual CTC: 3.80 LPA
- During Training: 25,107 per month
- Take-Home Salary at 100% VP: 28,153 per month
- Transport Deduction: 500

** 1217 Months of Experience**
- Annual CTC: 4.40 LPA
- During Training: 29,168 per month
- Take-Home Salary at 100% VP: 32,706 per month
- Transport Deduction: 500

** 18 Months or More Experience**
- Annual CTC: 4.90 LPA
- During Training: 32,552 per month
- Take-Home Salary at 100% VP: 36,500 per month
- Transport Deduction: 500

**Additional Incentives:** Up to 40,00050,000 (as per company policy and eligibility).
