What Youll Do:
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Deliver high-quality support across phone, email, or chat channels
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in German or French (C1 minimum)
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset
- Previous experience in customer service or contact center (preferred)
- Valid right to work in Portugal (EU ID, residence card, or relevant visa documents)
