We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, and can handle customer questions and concerns in a professional and positive manner.
Responsibilities:
- Providing high volume inbound support
- Responsible for providing support to clients who have questions about policies.
- Communication with internal departments on client inquires and issues in a timely manner
- Take inquiries from clients about obtaining policies, updating pertient information in company database
- Handling insurance documentation
- Resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or 1+ years relevant experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience and administrative skills
- Insurance experience a plus, but not required.
- Call center experience a plus
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong critical-thinking skills
- Professional, customer-focused attitude
Job details:
- Full-Time | $21+/hour | Hybrid 3 days in office
