Customer Support Representative | Japanese | Remote

Join an international FX/CFD brokerage as a Japanese-speaking Customer Support Representative, supporting clients with trading accounts, platforms, and day-to-day enquiries.

What you’ll do:
• Support clients with account opening and maintenance
• Handle enquiries via email, phone, and internal channels
• Provide guidance on trading platforms and services
• Troubleshoot account and MetaTrader-related issues
• Manage complaints and escalate complex cases when needed
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Support selected marketing activities, including translations and events

What we’re looking for:
• Fluent Japanese
• Fluent English (B2+)

• University or college degree

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good MS Office and CRM skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Previous customer support experience is an advantage
