√ Friday: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
√ Saturday: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
√ Sunday: Off

Responsibilities
√ Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously
√ Make outbound calls on behalf of various clients
√ Follow client-specific call scripts and procedures
√ Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries
√ Accurately document customer interactions
√ Meet quality, attendance, and performance targets
