Customer Support Representative (Spanish)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a global customer experience company supporting a leading online travel and accommodation marketplace that is seeking to onboard two Spanish-speaking Advisors to join their team in Portugal. The role is first-point-of-contact customer support for a global community of users, resolving issues across voice, chat and email.

Position: Customer Support Representative

Location: Lisbon/Porto, Portugal

Work model: 100% On-site

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide friendly, efficient support as the first point of contact for a global community of users

• Handle and resolve customer issues across inbound calls, chats and emails

• Identify and escalate issues appropriately

• Write thoughtful, accurate responses and customise prepared templates for customer communications

• Research and troubleshoot problems using available resources

• Arbitrate between users when needed

• Manage multiple concurrent tasks effectively

REQUIREMENTS:

• Spanish at C2 level and English at B2 level

• High school diploma

• Customer service skills, including complaint handling, troubleshooting and problem solving

• EU citizenship

• Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate to Porto

• Available for on-site work on rotational shifts within a 24/7 operation
