Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate (2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 pass-outs).
• Freshers are eligible to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to understand and follow process guidelines.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

• • Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.
  • Communicate with customers effectively through voice or other assigned communication channels.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during interactions.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update information in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned department or supervisor whenever required.
  • Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and performance targets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Coordinate with team members and managers to ensure smooth process operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
  • Be flexible to work in rotational shifts, if required by the process.
