We're Hiring! Customer Service / Sales Support

ECO Finishing is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our growing team in a Customer Service / Sales Support role!

We operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where communication, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential to providing our customers with the service they deserve.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can manage multiple priorities, and takes pride in helping both customers and coworkers succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding order status, lead times, and general inquiries.
• Work closely with production, quality, and management to address issues that arise during processing.
• Assist in resolving order discrepancies, production delays, and customer concerns.
• Provide timely and accurate updates to customers regarding their orders.
• Coordinate internally to help ensure customer expectations and delivery commitments are met.
• Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate communication records and customer information.
• Support the sales department with day-to-day customer service needs.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with computers, email, and Microsoft Office.
• Previous customer service or sales support experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
