- Be the first point of contact for customers around the world, answering inquiries from private EV owners and international partners alike.
- Guide new customers through onboarding, showing them how to get the most out of our products from day one.
- Support customers step-by-step as they run battery tests, helping them get accurate, reliable results.
- Work hands-on with the AVILOO testing platform, becoming a go-to expert customers can rely on.
- Help shape and improve our support processes, spotting what works and pushing for what could work better.
- Collaborate across borders on international projects, connecting with colleagues and customers in different markets.
- Bring your own ideas to the table. Your input directly shapes how we support customers and grow as a company.
- Genuine interest in electric vehicles and battery technology.
- Commercial or technical secondary education (Matura). A basic technical understanding is a plus.
- Excellent German and English, spoken and written. Any additional language is a bonus.
- A confident, solution-oriented communicator with a calm, professional, and friendly manner, both with customers and colleagues.
- Curious and open to new topics, with real enthusiasm for using AI tools to work faster and more accurately.
- An independent, precise, and pragmatic working style.
- A team player who enjoys working on-site in the office, tackling a wide range of tasks together with colleagues rather than remotely.

- The minimum salary for this position is €2,547 gross/month in accordance with the Austrian IT Collective Agreement (full-time, 38.5h/week). Actual compensation is based on qualifications and experience and exceeds the collective agreement minimum.
