- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced member support environment
- Assist members with account questions, payment schedules, and program information
- Review and update account information with accuracy and attention to detail
- Educate members on AutoPayPlus services and benefits
- Resolve account concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation within company systems and CRM platforms
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution
- Protect sensitive financial information in accordance with company and regulatory standards
- Participate in coaching, training, and professional development opportunities
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of customer service, financial services, call center, or administrative experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Ability to pass background and credit checks
- Experience in banking, auto finance, loan servicing, card services, or financial operations
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Previous CRM or customer support platform experience
