| JOB SUMMARY | Perform various functions which primarily involves inventory planning, forecasting, and ordering cylinder packages to ensure a smooth material flow to the end customer.
| Essential Functions | Order placement and management : - Generate transfer orders based on customer forecasts, current inventory levels, and established lead times - Work with cross-functional teams, taking the lead to ensure timely deliveries - Coordinate emergency situations with major accounts, Emergency Response Team and Matheson Safety Personnel - Provide weekly inventory reports for major accounts - Attend weekly Production Meetings - Adhere to all Quality System Policies and Procedures | Customer interaction: - Handle day to day and escalated customer in quiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency - Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction | Team collaboration : - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concern s | Documentation: - Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions - Track customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining records until resolution - Maintain all documentation requirements for Site ISO 9001:2015 certification | Safety : - Keep work area clean and orderly, follows all company procedures and safety policies - Track customer inquiries and complaints maintaining records until resolution - Actively participate in Daily Toolbox Talk | | | | | | |
