Customer Support Specialist (m/f/d)

paper republic is one of the world’s fastest growing brand of premium notebooks and leather accessories. We design, produce and ship our notebooks directly to 300.000 customers worldwide through our own ecommerce website. We are a dynamic international team with over 140 people with more than 35 nationalities who like to develop and implement ideas together. Based in the heart of the 9th district in Vienna, paper republic HQ spreads over 1000sqm, bringing together production, warehouse, office and shop in the first district, making it a unique, fun and beautiful place to work.

Your Responsibilities:

• You’ll manage daily email correspondence with customers, providing prompt and thoughtful responses

• You ‘ll support the resolution of customer issues or complaints, whilst ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction

• You’ll create personalized customer experiences through empathetic advice, detailed product explanations, and tailored recommendations.

• You’ll actively manage customer relationships by following up on inquiries, collecting feedback, and responding promptly to suggestions or concerns.

• You’ll use insights gained from customer interactions to help improve and develop our products.

• You’ll collaborate closely with team members to achieve and exceed service goals.

Your Profile:

• Ideally, you have prior first experience in customer service

• Having experience with Shopify or Gorgias is a plus

• You are communicative and remain friendly and professional during stressful situations

• You remain calm, flexible, solution-oriented and have an eye for detail

• You are structured, reliable and detail-oriented

• You have excellent communicational skills in English. German or French is a plus
