Our customer support team is looking for a new member (m/f/n) with good technical skills, professional communication style and active English to support our customers using ESET products and solutions. As customer support specialist (m/f/n) you will:
- Provide basic technical support to our customers and partners
- Manage incoming calls and emails in expected quality and quantity
- Solve basic customer issues
- Delegate more complex problems to teams responsible
- Cooperate with higher level customer support teams
What do we expect from you:
- High school or University degree
- Previous experience with customer support or assistance is a plus
- Have English on good spoken and written level (ideally B2)
- Proficient in Slovak language
- Be active OS Windows user
- Have focus on meeting goals
- Speak in a professional tone of voice
- Like to learn new things and be flexible in finding solutions
- Show ownership and sense of responsibility for your tasks
Basic wage component (gross): from 1250 Euro (fresh graduate)
- The final wage is adjusted based on the experience and seniority level.
- Financial bonus based on performance paid twice a year up to 10% from the base salary paid during the evaluation period (normally 6 months)
