Compensation: AED 7,000+ / month

Responsibilities:
1. Community Operations & Management
Responsible for the daily operation and management of Telegram, the official website, and other community channels, responding to user inquiries in a timely manner and improving community engagement, user satisfaction, and retention.
2. Customer Support & Issue Resolution
Provide timely assistance to users regarding registration, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, trading, accounts, and platform functions, collect user feedback, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
3. Community Moderation
Maintain a safe and positive community environment by handling spam, scams, inappropriate content, and other violations in a timely manner.

Requirements:
1. Industry Experience
Passionate about blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3, with a basic understanding of major crypto exchanges, wallets, DeFi, NFTs, and related products.
2. Work Experience
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, community operations, or user operations. Experience with a crypto exchange, Web3 project, or blockchain company is highly preferred.
3. Social Media Skills
Familiar with Telegram, Twitter/X, YouTube, and other social platforms, with the ability to independently manage communities, engage with users, and handle daily operations.
4. Customer Service Skills
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond to user inquiries quickly, accurately, and professionally.
5. Data & Execution Skills
Good analytical and execution skills, with the ability to use operational data to continuously improve processes and performance.
6. Language Skills
Fluent in Chinese and English.
7. Personal Attributes
Responsible, proactive, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced Internet and Web3 environment.
