We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading international company providing customer and technical support services. This project is connected to one of the biggest social media platforms in the world and focuses on supporting advertisers using various social media platforms.

As an Advertisers Support Specialist with English, you will support small and medium-sized businesses with advertising-related questions, technical issues, and platform guidance. You will help clients improve their experience with online advertising tools and make sure their requests are handled in a professional and timely manner.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing support to small and medium-sized businesses using advertising services.
• Supporting clients through multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone.
• Handling outbound calls to make sure customer queries are solved effectively.
• Providing pre-sales and post-sales support for self-service advertising products.
• Helping clients understand and use advertising tools, features, and platform functions.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and reporting possible bugs.
• Guiding advertisers and agencies after they have purchased ad placements or used Facebook/Instagram products.
• Identifying recurring trends and helping solve issues affecting multiple business clients.
• Working with several internal tools and multitasking between different customer cases.

Requirements:

• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work from the office in Lisbon.
• Interest in online advertising, social media, and new technologies.
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work in rotational shifts.

Working conditions:

• Full-time work: 40 hours per week.
• 8 hours per day plus an additional lunch break.
• Monday to Sunday: 7h-00h

What the employer offers:

• Initial contract for 12 months (possibility of a permanent contract after 2 years)
• Base salary of 929 EUR gross per month.
• Monthly Christmas allowance of 77.42 EUR gross.
• Monthly holiday allowance of 77.42 EUR gross.
• Meal allowance of 7 EUR per working day, approximately 154 EUR per month based on 22 working days.
• Estimated total monthly gross salary of approximately 1237.83 EUR.
• Private health insurance.
