Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Handling customer inquiries regarding technical issues and product functionality.
• Diagnosing reported problems and proposing solutions.
• Providing product-related information.
• Registering requests in internal systems.
• Services are provided during project operating hours: Monday to Friday 8:00-18:00 and Saturday 8:00-14:00. Collaborators select their hours from available time slots.

• Fluency in Greek (B2/C1).
• Excellent command of English (B1/B2).
• Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (e.g., refrigerator, washing machine, TV).
• Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.
• Preferred availability of approximately 120 hours per month.
