Customer Support with Hungarian | Remote within Poland

We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.

We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment.

Tasks: ​

• Providing technical information and support to equipment users in accordance with project guidelines.

• Diagnose and resolve technical problems.

• Providing information on products and their functionality.

• Entering requests into the system.
  
  

Our requirements: ​

• Fluency in Hungarian B2/C1.

• Excellent command of English B1/B2.

• Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).

• Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.

• Preferred availability of approximately 120 hours per month. Services are provided during project operating hours (Mon–Fri 8:00–18:00). Collaborators declare their availability and select cooperation hours from available time slots.

What we offer: ​

• Cooperation based on a civil contract with a rate of PLN: on-site mode: 48,00 gross/h or full remote mode: 43,00 gross/h​.

• If you choose the on-site mode: ​the possibility of switching to hybrid cooperation after meeting operational requirements of the project, and good performance. (3 weeks remote, 1 week onsite).
