Customer Support with Italian | Lisbon

We are looking for an Operations Customer Expert with Italian to join a project in the medical device industry, supporting customers using innovative healthcare products.

Your responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls and customer enquiries about medical devices and products;
• Provide empathetic and professional customer support;
• Guide customers regarding product usage and functionality;
• Request and collect documentation required by customers' payers;
• Complete order entries and coordinate product shipments;
• Ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience.

Requirements:

• Italian – fluent/native level;
• Good command of English;
• Excellent communication and customer service skills;
• Empathy and a professional approach;
• Ability to handle customer enquiries efficiently and accurately.

Working conditions:

• 40 hours/week, 8 hours per day + 1 hour lunch break;
• Rotational 24/7 shifts;
• Office-based work in Lisbon;
• Portuguese public holidays;
• Holiday entitlement according to Portuguese law;
• 20 working days of training, conducted in English;

Salary and benefits:

With company accommodation:

• Base salary: €768 gross/month
• Christmas allowance: €64/month
• Holiday allowance: €64/month
• Meal allowance: €154/month
• Accommodation benefit: €200
• Total package: €1,250/month

Without accommodation:

• Base salary: €1,050 gross/month
• Christmas allowance: €87.50/month
• Holiday allowance: €87.50/month
• Meal allowance: €154/month
• Total gross cash compensation: €1,379/month

Additional benefits include health insurance from day one and company accommodation for eligible candidates living more than 100 km from the workplace.

Contract:

• Employment contract with a foreseeable duration of 12 months;
• Possibility of a permanent employment relationship after 2 years;
• Holiday and Christmas allowances paid in monthly instalments.
