Customers Service Officers – CSO 003

Responsibilities:

Recommend repairs and maintenance

Liaise with customer, technician and resolve customer complaints, anger inquires and post service follow-up

Attend training and skill program

Qualifications:

Candidates must have IT/Engineering diploma in automobile with five to seven years customer service experience in a reputable automobile dealership in Nigeria.

Candidate should also posses customer service skill and be fluent in English yet have go diagnostic/system/maintenance skills.
