Customs Affairs & Sales Admin Specialist
KeyResponsibilities:
1.SalesSupport
Process salesorders, track order status, and coordinate logistics and shipment arrangements.Prepare commercial invoices and other sales documentation, and follow up onaccounts receivable.
2.Customsand Logistics Coordination
Handle thepreparation and submission of the full set of import and export customsclearance and declaration documents. Ensure that all operations comply withSingapore’s import/export regulations and relevant industry compliancerequirements. Coordinate daily matters with freight forwarders, customsbrokers, and warehouse service providers.
3.AdministrativeLiaison and Daily Operations
Act as theadministrative contact point in Singapore, handling routine communications andadministrative matters with local government authorities, banks, officebuildings, and related parties.
4.Complianceand Documentation Management
Properlymaintain all customs, sales, and administrative records and documents to ensureaccuracy, completeness, and compliance. Assist in preparing data and supportingdocuments for various business reports.
Qualifications:
1.Education
Diploma or abovein International Trade, Logistics Management, Customs and InternationalFreight, Business Administration, or a related field.
2.WorkExperience
At least 2 yearsof relevant work experience. Familiarity with Singapore import/export customsprocedures, customs declaration requirements, inspection rules, anddocumentation preparation is required. Experience in sales support, orderprocessing, or general administration is preferred.
3.CoreCompetencies
Strong knowledgeof Singapore customs regulations and hands-on customs clearance operations,with the ability to handle clearance matters independently. Excellentmultitasking and document management skills, with strong attention to detailand accountability. Good service mindset, communication skills, andproblem-solving ability, with the capacity to coordinate effectively withinternal and external stakeholders.
4.LanguageSkills
Excellentwritten and spoken Chinese and English, with the ability to accurately handlebilingual sales and customs documents and serve as an administrative liaisonwith local institutions and the China headquarters through emails and formalwritten communications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, isrequired.
