Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Review and prioritize documents accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and manage entries and entry summaries with precision.
- Submit all necessary documentation to Customs promptly and accurately.
- Efficiently dispatch freight in accordance with operational requirements.
- Maintain and update customer profiles for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Offer support for various operational functions as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and various PC-based software, including Windows and email
- Willingness to learn and develop the industry specific skills
