Customs & Logistics Manager (Perak)

• Manage all Import & Export processes for Raw Material, Finished Goods & Non-Commercial Freight.
  
• Ensure and manage efficient handling of local customs procedures such as day to day customs
  
• declarations, liquidation must as well as any other Customs related topics.
  
• Make customs finalisation yearly report.
  
• Be responsible for all compliant, accurate and timely internal and external reporting as well as regular
  
• reconciliation of data between Customs authorities and the company.
  
• Solid understanding of customs regulations is a must.
  
• Handle self-registration customs declaration for import/export shipments.
  
• Coordinate with Planning department / Customers / Vendors / Suppliers to prepare shipping documents
  
• and closely follow up to ensure the delivery without issues or additional costs.
  
• Ensure 100% compliance with Local / Regional / Global Regulations, Standards and Rules set by Internal
  
• and External bodies and authorities.
  
• Manage all customs staffs.
  
• Accountable for LMW compliances and re-new of license.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree of logistic, Supply chain, and related field.
  
• Experience in using SAP system.
  
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customs and logistic management.
  
• Good time management and organizational skills.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, accountability and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
