THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE

The Customer & Product Data Migration team within Project Sparrow is looking for Cutover Design & Control Tower Support based out of London (Triton Square) or Milton Keynes (Unity Place). This role is an 18-month FTC/Secondment.

It’s a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing opportunities to shape and deliver some of the most strategic priorities of the Bank, so it’s a great time to join and make a difference.

The Customer & Product Data Migration team is responsible for the safe migration of TSB customers and products onto Santander platforms, including defining and executing the end-to-end migration strategy.

As Cutover Design & Control Tower Support, you’ll work closely with the Cutover Design & Control Tower Lead to ensure disciplined Control Tower execution and develop quality assured cutover content.

We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate integrated runbook tracking

  • Status collection

  • Dependency and issue control

  • Decision logging

  • Communications

  • Post-event closure

Professional Experience

  • Migration event governance (Required)

  • Weekend cutover design (Required)

  • Event close out (Required)

Education

  • Relevant project, PMO, operations or migration experience (Required)

  • PRINCE2, APM or equivalent qualification (Preferred)

Hard Skills

  • Experience with integrated runbooks (Required)

  • Process & dependency mapping (Required)

  • Contingency planning (Required)

  • Incident & decision logs (Required)

Soft Skills

  • Great organisation and attention to detail (Required)

  • Effective matrix co-ordination (Required)

Salary Range:


£71,862.00 - £107,794.00 per annum (depending on experience)

This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
