Cutover & Readiness Manager (1 year contract extendable)

About Our Client

A company operating in the financial services industry, based in Singapore.

Establish and manage the deployment wave framework, including scope definition, sequencing, governance, and stage-gate criteria.
Develop and maintain integrated cutover plans and deployment runbooks, incorporating inputs from multiple technology and business workstreams.
Coordinate and facilitate cutover rehearsals, validation exercises, and execution planning activities.
Lead command centre operations during deployment windows, ensuring effective issue management and stakeholder communication.
Drive operational readiness activities, including support model alignment, monitoring, access management, communications, incident management processes, and hypercare preparation.
Prepare readiness assessments and decision-making materials that support deployment approvals and go/no-go reviews.
Ensure successful transition into operational support teams through robust documentation, knowledge transfer, and acceptance processes.
Track and manage deployment risks, dependencies, and remediation plans throughout the programme.

Key Deliverables

Deployment wave governance framework and readiness criteria.
End-to-end cutover plans and execution runbooks.
Rehearsal schedules, outcomes, and action tracking.
Operational readiness assessments and deployment approval packs.
Hypercare planning and command centre operating model.
Knowledge transfer plans, support documentation, and operational acceptance records.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience leading cutover, release, deployment, or transition management activities within large and complex technology programmes.
Strong programme coordination and stakeholder management capabilities across multiple teams and vendors.
Experience managing critical production deployment events and high-pressure execution windows.
Solid understanding of IT operations, service management, and production support models.
Ability to identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive issue resolution in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
Familiarity with Agile, hybrid delivery methodologies, and enterprise-scale transformation programmes is advantageous.
