KDM is hiring Cutting Machine Operators to join our production team on 1st and 2nd Shift. In this role, you'll operate a variety of cutting and material-processing equipment used to produce retail graphics, POP displays, signage, packaging components, and other marketing materials. We're looking for detail-oriented, mechanically inclined individuals who are committed to quality, safety, and meeting production deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
- Shifts: 1st Shift - 6 AM to 2:30 PM & 2nd Shift - 2 PM to 10:30 PM
- Pay: $20.00 + (Based on Experience)
- Stay Bonus Program: General Operators & Maintenance Technicians: $1,500 & Specialized Operators: $2,500

Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read and interpret job tickets, work instructions, and production specifications
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to safely operate production equipment and follow established safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift or move materials weighing up to 100 lbs.
Preferred
- Previous cutting machine, production equipment, or manufacturing experience
- Experience operating panel saws, table saws, die cutters, routers, slitters, guillotine cutters, or similar machinery
- Experience performing quality inspections and working within production tolerances
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Experience in the printing, packaging, POP display, signage, or manufacturing industry
