Personal Data Collection Notice and Disclaimer

Welcome to the CV Drop area for "Talent Taiwan: Career Service Program" (hereinafter "the Program"), hosted on the Cake Global Talent Platform. To protect your rights, please read the following terms carefully before submitting your resume:

1. Purpose of Data Collection and Use

   The resume, personal data, and Cake profile you submit (including but not limited to your name, contact information, education and work experience, and portfolio) will be used by the Program for the purposes of job matching, review by employer representatives, program implementation, outcome statistics, and subsequent contact by employer representatives.

2. Period, Territory, and Method of Data Use
   • Period: From the date of resume submission until the conclusion of the service period on December 15, 2026 (subsequent processing shall be handled in accordance with Article 7 "Post-Service Period Data Handling").
   • Territory: Within the territory of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
   • Method: Processing and use by electronic, written, telephone, internet, or other appropriate automated or non-automated means.
3. Data Transfer

   When you submit your resume under your category of interest, you agree that your resume and Cake profile may be viewed, accessed, and evaluated for interviews and hiring by employer representatives registered under the "Corporate Recruitment and Employment of International Talent Program" who have a genuine need to recruit foreign talent.

4. Accuracy and Truthfulness of Information

   Talents must ensure that all resume materials provided are true and accurate. In the event of any impersonation of another's identity, provision of false or inaccurate information, or infringement of others' rights, the jobseeker shall bear legal responsibility.

5. Limitation of Liability for Job Matching

   This area provides only a channel for resume submission and matching; the Program does not guarantee successful matching, the obtaining of interviews, or offers of acceptance. Interested employer representatives will contact you separately, and actual matching outcomes will depend on the assessment of both parties.

   Employment terms and labor relations between the jobseeker and the recruiting organization shall be negotiated and agreed directly between the two parties; the Program will not intervene in any labor disputes.

6. System and Information Security

   The Cake Global Talent Platform serves as the Program's system provider and as a platform for temporary resume hosting. Cake will take reasonable technical measures to protect your data; however, for any data loss caused by force majeure, malicious third-party attacks, or improper personal safekeeping, the Program shall bear no liability for damages, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Post-Service Period Data Handling

   After the service period expires, the Program will permanently delete all resume data collected within this area within 90 days, retaining no copies.

   The Program's deletion applies only to "resumes submitted to the Program's dedicated CV drop area." The personal account and profile that jobseekers register directly on the Cake Global Talent Platform remain under the users' own management and are unaffected by the conclusion of this Program.

歡迎使用「Talent Taiwan: 就業服務計畫」（以下簡稱本計畫）於 Cake 國際人才平台設立之履歷投遞專區。為保障您的權益，請於投遞履歷前詳細閱讀以下內容：

1. 資料蒐集與利用目的

   您所投遞之履歷、個人資料、Cake 個人檔案（包含但不限於姓名、聯絡方式、學經歷、作品集等），將用於本計畫進行職缺媒合、企業代表審閱、計畫推動、成果統計與後續企業代表聯繫之目的。

2. 利用期間、地區及方式
   • 期間：自您投遞履歷日起至本服務期間屆滿（2026 年 12 月 15 日）止（後續處理依第 7 條「服務期滿資料處理」規定辦理）。
   • 地區：中華民國領域內。
   • 方式：以電子、書面、電話、網際網路或其他適當之自動化或非自動化方式進行處理與利用。
3. 資料傳遞

   當您依感興趣之類別投遞履歷，即表示您同意您的履歷與 Cake 個人檔案，得由已註冊「Talent Taiwan: 企業招募及聘僱國際人才輔導計畫」且有實際招募外籍人才需求之企業代表進行檢視、存取、面試與聘僱評估。

4. 內容真實性

   人才應確保所提供之所有履歷資料皆為真實且正確。若有冒用他人身份、提供虛偽不實資料或侵害他人權利之情事，求職者應自負法律責任。

5. 媒合結果免責

   本專區僅提供履歷投遞與媒合管道，本計畫不保證成功媒合、獲取面試或錄取機會。有意願之企業代表將另行主動與您聯繫，實際媒合結果將取決於雙方評估。

   求職者與求才單位間之聘僱條件與勞資關係，由雙方自行洽商與約定，本計畫不介入任何勞資糾紛。

6. 系統與資安免責

   Cake 國際人才平台為本計畫之系統提供者，並作為履歷暫存之平台。Cake 將採取合理技術保護您的資料，但若因不可抗力、第三方惡意攻擊或個人保管不當導致之資料損失，於法律允許範圍內，本計畫不負擔損害賠償責任。

7. 服務期滿資料處理

   服務期間屆滿後，本計畫將於 90 日內將本專區內蒐集之履歷資料進行永久刪除，不再保留。

   本計畫刪除範圍僅為「投遞至本計畫專屬職缺投遞專區之履歷」，求職者於 Cake 國際人才平台註冊之個人帳號與檔案仍由使用者自行管理，不受本計畫結束影響。
