The CX GTM Project Manager is the on-the-ground pod lead for day-to-day GTM execution. This role runs cadence, tracks milestones, routes blockers, and ensures no phase gate advances without complete sign-off — across the full five-phase journey from Pre GTM through Scale.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operational cadence of assigned GTM pod(s) across all five phases: Pre GTM, Build, Pre-Launch, Launch, and Scale
Own pod-level milestone tracking — every open task has a status, owner, and next action updated daily in the cross-pod tracker
Prepare and present the readiness gate package for each phase: checklist completion, open risk items, and sign-off documentation
Route blockers to the GTM Manager or SME Pool the same day they are identified — escalation is a core competency of this role
Maintain RACI fidelity within the pod: every team member knows their responsibility per phase at all times
Facilitate pod retrospectives within two weeks of Scale phase completion and submit findings in the standard format
Write a weekly pod health summary: milestone completion rate, open blockers, phase gate outlook, and risks to launch date
Flag pods at risk of schedule slip to the GTM Manager at least five working days before the affected gate
What Success Looks Like
Zero un-escalated blockers older than 24 hours across all assigned pods
Readiness gate packages delivered 48 hours before every gate review — complete, no missing items
100% of assigned pods complete a structured retrospective within two weeks of Scale phase
Pod health summaries submitted weekly with zero gaps in the cross-pod milestone tracker
Skills & Experience
3+ years in project or program management — PMP, CAPM, or equivalent experience preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with overlapping timelines
Strong written communication — able to produce clear, concise milestone summaries and escalation briefs for a senior audience
Experience running daily standups, gate reviews, and retrospectives in a structured methodology
High attention to detail — comfortable owning a complex checklist with zero margin for missed items
