CX Researcher

CX is looking for a CX Researcher with a primary focus on handling quantitative research in OCBC. We're looking for meticulous individuals with great attention to details, and have a good sense with numbers. This role will work primarily with our surveys, with our measurement tools. When needed, will also work with qualitative projects and materials to enrich quantitative findings.
