Narrative:
The IAM Business Analyst plays a critical role ensuring access compliance within KPMG, focusing on delivering IT compliance services and facilitating effective access control measures across the organization. The Business Analyst acts as a liaison between the Identity & Access Management team and key business units, providing support for requirements gathering while implementing recertification as well as role-based access controls. Additional responsibilities include maintaining system configuration documentation, submitting and monitoring firewall requests, generating required reports for auditing and review, as well as troubleshooting and resolving problematic application aggregation workflows to ensure smooth IAM operations.
