Summary

Assists a cybersecurity team in monitoring SailPoint ISC/IIQ identity management systems, processing JML events, and supporting incident response from KPMG’s Bangalore office on a shift basis.

We are looking for a of SailPoint ISC (Basic) / IAM resource with 0-1 years of experience for one of our engagements. The resource must work from our Pune/Bangalore office and willing to work on shifts

Basic Requirements

§Educational Qualification: Pursuing or completed B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
§Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
§Cybersecurity Knowledge: Any prior training, certification, or coursework in cybersecurity (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+, etc.) is a plus.
§Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic networking concepts, operating systems, and security tools is desirable.
§Attitude: Willingness to learn, proactive mindset, and ability to work in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

§Assist the cybersecurity team in monitoring IDM application and servers
§Support JML events processing, and user queries.
§Collaborate on documentaiton, reporting, and testing of changes
§Participate in incident response and investigation processes.
§Provide support in the development and implementation of cybersecurity solutions.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with scripting languages (Java, BeanShell,Python, Bash, etc.)
Understanding of SailPoint ISC / IIQ, Identity and Access Management tools
Exposure to cybersecurity labs or simulations

Behavioral / Team skills

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Ready to work in Shifts (on 3 shift rotation pattern)
Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Desire to learn and contribute
Focused and self-motivated approach to work

Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
