Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Cyber Operations Specialist to join our team at Schriever SFB, CO. This position will provide cyber operations support at the 527th Space Aggressor Squadron (SAS), Schriever SFB CO for mission planning, system support, development, testing, maintenance, education, and training of Space Aggressors.
What you'll be doing:
- Attain and maintain Crew Chief certification in line with unit training procedures
- Develop and advance capabilities rapidly during exercises in accordance with the unit operations procedures and adversary tactics
- Provide reconnaissance, staging, establishing, and compromising techniques
- Perform offensive cyber operations duties to execute requirements for the desired effects as outlined by mission plans and require detailed documentation and shot entry validation
- Travel may be required as part of this position
What you'll need:
- Possess knowledge, understanding, and experience with processes required to perform offensive cyber operations
- Possess knowledge on advanced technical capabilities related to replication of adversary tactics and capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Top Secret Clearance and SCI eligibility required
- Ability to perform two-person lift of at least 100 lbs.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or 6 years of additional experience may be substituted for education requirement
- 4 years of experience maintaining cyber equipment

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $95,000- $100,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Delta Solutions & Strategies considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
