We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Programme Manager to lead the planning, governance, and delivery of strategic cyber security initiatives across multiple markets. The successful candidate will oversee programme execution, governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and performance reporting to ensure successful delivery of the Group Cyber Improvement Programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of strategic cyber security programmes and initiatives.
  • Establish programme governance, reporting, and assurance frameworks.
  • Manage programme roadmaps, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and market stakeholders.
  • Provide executive reporting and governance updates.
  • Track programme KPIs, benefits realisation, and strategic outcomes.
  • Support budgeting, resource planning, and investment tracking.
  • Drive continuous improvement and programme management best practices. Coordinate critical cyber initiatives, incidents, and operational escalations.
