Bandi Informatics Cyber Security Analyst

Monitor security alerts, logs, and events using security monitoring tools.

Identify, investigate, and respond to potential security incidents.
Perform vulnerability assessments and assist in remediation activities.
Monitor network traffic and detect suspicious activities.
Support security audits, compliance checks, and risk assessments.
Analyze malware, phishing attempts, and other cyber threats.
Assist in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity controls and policies.
Document security incidents, findings, and corrective actions.
Stay updated on emerging cyber threats, attack techniques, and security best practices.
Work closely with IT teams to strengthen organizational security posture.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of Cyber Security concepts and information security principles.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and firewalls.
Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
Understanding of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.
Knowledge of SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, or vulnerability management tools is an advantage.
Basic understanding of ethical hacking, penetration testing, or incident response concepts.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field.
02 years of experience in Cyber Security, Network Security, SOC Operations, or Information Security.
Freshers with strong cybersecurity knowledge and relevant certifications may apply.
Certifications such as CEH, Security+, Network+, CCNA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
