CYBER SECURITY ANALYST

About the role

Strengthen defenses, manage threats, drive security initiatives, and help build a strong cyber-aware culture.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to cybersecurity incidents and threats

• Manage security operations with internal teams and external SOC partners

• Coordinate vulnerability, patch, and remediation activities

• Support risk management, compliance, and security governance

• Deliver security awareness training and stakeholder engagement

• Drive security projects, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science, or a related field

• 3-5 years experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, or risk management

• Proficient in Microsoft Defender

• Knowledge of security technologies, threat management, and compliance

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with Microsoft security tools and enterprise environments

• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
