Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to cybersecurity threats in a 24x7 operational environment.
- Identify and classify security incidents in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Respond to security incidents within the timeframe specified in the SLA.
- Monitor and follow up on security incidents until they are appropriately resolved.
- Prepare and submit reports on cybersecurity threats and security incidents within the specified timeframe.
- Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of Cybersecurity to improve service efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate with and provide consultation to customers and Product Vendors to analyze and resolve cybersecurity threats and related issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Security Operations or Security Solutions, such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, NGFW, IPS/IDS, EPP, NTA, and WAF.
- Basic knowledge of networking, systems, cloud computing, and IT security.
- Knowledge or experience with SIEM, EDR, and XDR technologies.
- Knowledge of cyberattacks, attack patterns, and incident response.
- Knowledge of information, network, software, and hardware security practices.
- Willingness and ability to work in shifts.
