Cyber Security Analyst
Summary
Investigate and respond to cyber security incidents using Microsoft Sentinel and Defender XDR, drive vulnerability management, and collaborate with SOC and infrastructure teams in a hybrid role.
Salary: £43,000 - 60,000 per year
Requirements:- Experience in a Cyber Security Analyst, Security Engineer, or Security Operations role
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Security technologies, including Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender XDR
- Experience investigating and responding to cyber security incidents in an enterprise environment
- Good understanding of cloud and network security principles
- Able to work collaboratively across infrastructure, networking, and cloud teams while taking ownership of security issues
- Keen to continue developing technically through exposure to enterprise technologies and funded certifications, including Palo Alto
- Investigate, triage, and respond to cyber security incidents across a complex Microsoft environment
- Monitor and manage security events using Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender XDR
- Drive vulnerability management and remediation across cloud, network, and infrastructure environments
- Work closely with an external SOC and internal infrastructure teams to continuously improve our security posture

We are a large enterprise organisation investing heavily in our cyber security capability. Based in Wembley, this is a hybrid role with two days per week on site.
