Princeton University’s Office of Information Technology is seeking an experienced **Cyber Security Awareness & Training Platform Implementation Consultant** to support the implementation and ongoing delivery of an AI-enabled, customizable cybersecurity awareness and training platform. The selected consultant will provide strategic and technical expertise to establish a continuous human risk reduction program that extends beyond traditional compliance-based security awareness training. The consultant will leverage prior experience with comparable cybersecurity awareness, training, technology implementation, and human-risk reduction programs to deliver an effective and scalable enterprise solution.

### Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Design and implement an **AI-enabled, customizable cybersecurity awareness and training platform** that supports continuous human risk reduction and improves the university’s overall security awareness posture.

✔️ Lead platform implementation activities, including requirements gathering, configuration, solution design, testing, deployment, and transition into ongoing operations.

✔️ Configure cybersecurity awareness and training capabilities to support diverse university audiences, security awareness objectives, and evolving cybersecurity risks.

✔️ Develop and implement engaging, adaptive, and risk-based security awareness training programs that go beyond compliance-focused annual training.

✔️ Leverage **AI-enabled capabilities** to personalize learning experiences, identify knowledge and behavioral gaps, and improve the effectiveness of cybersecurity awareness initiatives.

✔️ Establish mechanisms for continuously assessing and reducing **human cyber risk**, using platform analytics, user behavior insights, training performance, and security awareness metrics.

✔️ Configure automated training campaigns, notifications, assessments, simulations, reminders, and targeted awareness activities to support ongoing user engagement.

✔️ Develop dashboards, analytics, reporting, and management insights that enable security leadership and university stakeholders to measure training participation, awareness effectiveness, and human-risk reduction.

✔️ Integrate the platform with relevant university technology environments, identity and access management systems, communication tools, and other institutional systems as required for scalable administration and user management.

✔️ Support data-driven segmentation and targeting of users based on organizational role, risk profile, training requirements, behavioral indicators, or other relevant attributes.

✔️ Establish reporting and measurement frameworks for cybersecurity awareness, including key performance indicators (KPIs), completion rates, assessment results, behavioral trends, campaign effectiveness, and human-risk metrics.

✔️ Provide strategic advisory services, implementation planning, stakeholder engagement, change management, training, documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational support throughout the engagement.

✔️ Develop scalable processes for platform administration, content management, campaign management, reporting, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and continuous improvement.

✔️ Ensure the solution supports Princeton University’s security, privacy, data protection, accessibility, and institutional technology requirements.

✔️ Provide ongoing professional services and technical support to optimize the platform, incorporate emerging cybersecurity threats, and continuously improve the university’s human-risk reduction program.

### Required Experience:

✅ Minimum **3–5 years of experience** delivering cybersecurity awareness, security training, human-risk management, security education, or related enterprise cybersecurity technology solutions.

✅ Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting **enterprise cybersecurity awareness and training platforms**, preferably within large, complex organizations or higher education institutions.

✅ Proven experience delivering multiple comparable implementations involving cybersecurity awareness programs, training platforms, analytics, user engagement, and enterprise technology integration.

✅ Strong expertise in cybersecurity awareness program design, security training strategy, human-risk reduction, behavioral change, and security culture development.

✅ Experience implementing **AI-enabled cybersecurity awareness or training capabilities**, including personalization, adaptive learning, behavioral analytics, risk identification, or intelligent content recommendations.

✅ Experience configuring automated training campaigns, assessments, simulations, notifications, user segmentation, and continuous awareness activities.

✅ Strong understanding of enterprise identity management, user provisioning, integrations, APIs, data synchronization, and technology platforms supporting large-scale training programs.

✅ Experience developing dashboards, analytics, executive reporting, KPIs, and measurable performance frameworks for cybersecurity awareness and human-risk programs.

✅ Demonstrated ability to translate cybersecurity risks and technical findings into practical awareness, education, and behavioral improvement initiatives.

✅ Experience providing implementation consulting, stakeholder engagement, change management, administrator training, documentation, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support.

✅ Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, security awareness best practices, human factors in cybersecurity, data protection, privacy, and enterprise information security requirements.

✅ Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, analytical thinking, project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
