Cyber Security Case Manager
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate security cases related to significant deficiencies identified through penetration testing, offensive security assessments and operational security activities
Ensure security findings and associated risks are properly analysed, assessed and understood
Drive remediation activities and follow up on progress until identified risks are appropriately addressed
Coordinate cooperation between technical teams, Cyber Security, IT Risk Management and other relevant stakeholders
Facilitate discussions and support decision-making around complex security and risk topics
Ensure remediation activities are completed within agreed timelines and aligned with the organisation's risk appetite
Maintain ownership of assigned cases and proactively remove blockers or escalate issues where necessary
Prepare and deliver clear updates and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
Min. 3 years of relevant professional experience
Practical experience working with IT infrastructure and Cyber Security
Experience in IT Risk Management
Good understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST and ISO/IEC 27001
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to structure complex or initially unclear topics
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex matters to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Good presentation skills and the ability to prepare and deliver materials that support and influence stakeholder decisions
Strong ownership mindset and the ability to independently drive assigned responsibilities
Positive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn about new and unfamiliar areas
Very good spoken and written English
Nice to have:
Relevant security certifications such as CISM, CISSP, OSCP, CEH or CREST
