Cyber Security Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer / Security Specialist with strong hands-on expertise across Endpoint Security, Network Security, Application Security, Data Security, and SIEM/SOAR technologies. The candidate will implement, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement, configure, and manage enterprise endpoint security solutions.

- Monitor and respond to endpoint security threats using EDR tools.

- Manage network access control (NAC), network segmentation, and web proxy solutions.

- Perform vulnerability assessments and support application and container security.

- Implement and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions.

- Monitor security events, analyze alerts, and investigate incidents using SIEM platforms.

- Develop and maintain security automation and incident response workflows using SOAR.

- Identify security vulnerabilities and coordinate remediation activities.

- Support Unix and Windows operating system security.

- Develop scripts to automate security operations and repetitive tasks.

- Collaborate with infrastructure, network, application, and security teams.

- Maintain security documentation, reports, and compliance requirements.

Technical Skills:

- Endpoint Security: McAfee ENS, CrowdStrike/EDR.

- Network Security: Cisco ISE, NAC, Web Proxy.

- Application Security: Nessus, Tenable, Container/Docker security.

- Data Security: DLP solutions (Symantec/McAfee).

- SIEM/SOAR: Splunk Enterprise Security, Splunk SOAR.

- OS: Unix, Windows.

- Scripting: Perl, PowerShell, Python.
