CMTG, a UK manufacturer of condition-monitoring sensors for helicopters and industrial machinery, seeks a Cyber Security Lead to act as the group's security expert: assessing risk, driving Cyber Essentials/NIST/ISO 27001 alignment, managing vulnerabilities and incidents, and hardening Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Azure, firewalls, and SIEM/EDR tooling. Onsite in Torrington, £40,000-£45,000.
Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements: Practical experience in a cyber security, infrastructure, or senior IT support role, with responsibility for improving organisational security. Knowledge of Cyber Essentials, NIST security guidance, and ISO/IEC 27001 principles. Experience with vulnerability scanning and remediation using tools such as Nessus, OpenVAS, or equivalent.
