We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security OT Engineer with expertise in OT/ICS security, industrial automation and product security. The candidate will drive CRA compliance, implement SSDLC practices and conduct cybersecurity risk assessments across industrial products.
Responsibilities
- Leades.
- Implement and assess Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC).
- Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and threat modelling.
- Identify vulnerabilities and define risk mitigation strategies.
- Implement security controls for PLC, SCADA Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) compliance initiativ, ICS and embedded systems.
- Ensure compliance with IEC 62443 and other cybersecurity standards.
- Support security audits, documentation and vulnerability management.
- Guide engineering teams on secure-by-design practices.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity / OT Security / Product Security.
- Strong knowledge of OT, ICS, PLC and SCADA Security.
- Experience with SSDLC, Threat Modelling and Risk Assessment.
- Knowledge of industrial protocols: Modbus, Profinet, OPC UA and EtherNet/IP.
- Experience with at least two frameworks: IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001, OWASP.
- Familiarity with SAST/DAST and Vulnerability Assessment tools.
Good to Have
- CRA implementation experience.
- Embedded Linux and Firmware Security.
- SBOM Management.
- Cloud-connected industrial products.
Education
Bachelors or Masters degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electronics, Industrial Automation or a related field.
