- Own and evolve Wanstor's security portfolio, shaping the services, propositions and go-to-market strategy that drive growth.
- Partner with Account Managers throughout the sales cycle, leading security opportunities from discovery through to close.
- Build compelling security propositions that are commercially attractive, easy for customers to buy and simple for Sales to position.
- Lead customer workshops, discovery sessions and executive conversations, translating security challenges into business outcomes.
- Develop pricing models, commercial packages and sales collateral that help increase pipeline, win rate and average deal value.
- Work closely with Microsoft and other strategic vendors to maximise funding opportunities and strengthen Wanstor's security offering.
- Coach and enable the wider Sales team to confidently identify, qualify and progress security opportunities.
- Stay ahead of the cyber security market, using competitor insight and emerging trends to continuously improve Wanstor's security portfolio.
- Own the security content within proposals, RFPs, RFIs and Statements of Work, ensuring solutions are commercially compelling and deliverable.
- Act as the commercial face of Wanstor's security practice, representing the business with customers, partners and at industry events.
- Proven experience in a senior cyber security presales, product, proposition or practice leadership role within an MSP, consultancy or technology vendor.
- A track record of personally influencing and winning security opportunities, rather than simply providing technical support.
- Experience building, packaging and taking security propositions to market, with a strong understanding of commercial pricing and managed services.
- The confidence to challenge customer thinking, build conviction and communicate complex security concepts in a clear, business-focused way.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Security technologies including Defender, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 Security, Sentinel, Purview and Azure security services.
- Experience leading customer workshops, executive presentations, bid responses and commercial discussions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with customers, Account Managers and technology partners.
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001, NIST or CIS is advantageous.
- A passion for shaping security strategy, growing security revenue and developing market-leading propositions.
