As a Cyber Security Process & Capability Analyst within Vanderlande's Airports business, you will play a key role in strengthening cybersecurity capabilities across our global airport operations. You will help define, improve, and operationalize cybersecurity processes while collaborating closely with delivery teams, security specialists, governance functions, and business stakeholders worldwide.
What will you be doing?
As Cyber Security Process & Capability Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving cybersecurity processes that support secure and compliant service delivery across our Airports organization. You will work closely with the Cyber Defence Organisation (CDO), legal specialists, operational teams, and cybersecurity professionals to ensure consistent execution of cybersecurity activities and compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop, document, maintain, and improve cybersecurity processes, procedures, workflows, runbooks, and operational playbooks.
- Translate cybersecurity policies, legal requirements, and regulatory obligations into practical and implementable operational procedures.
- Establish process governance, KPIs, reporting structures, and compliance monitoring mechanisms.
- Support onboarding, adoption, and operationalization of new cybersecurity capabilities and services.
- Conduct process maturity assessments, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with delivery, operations, project management, and security teams to ensure consistent and secure service delivery.
In addition, you may participate in selected operational cybersecurity activities where deep process expertise and coordination are required, including incident coordination, escalation support, vulnerability management, and complex investigations.

Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, IT service management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience with process design, documentation, governance, and operationalization.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations, workflows, and service delivery processes.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and industry frameworks such as ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIS2, CRA, TSA requirements, and ITIL.
- Strong analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business IT, or a related discipline.
- Excellent command of the English language.
Preferred
- Experience implementing or operationalizing cybersecurity governance frameworks.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity tools, operational processes, and security workflows.
- Relevant cybersecurity or service management certifications.
- Experience within airport operations, critical infrastructure, industrial environments, or Operational Technology (OT) environments.
About the Team
You will become part of the Airports Cyber Security Governance & Compliance team. This team is responsible for establishing cybersecurity capabilities, strengthening governance, supporting operational security services, and ensuring compliance with both internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
The team works closely with the Airports delivery organization, the central Cyber Defence Organisation (CDO), legal and compliance functions, and operational teams worldwide. Together, we ensure that cybersecurity is embedded into every stage of service delivery and operational execution.
