Summary
Contract Cyber Security Project Manager (hourly rate, up to 12 months) supporting Services Australia's Cyber Uplift Program: planning and delivering security uplift, risk remediation and compliance projects aligned to PSPF, ISM and Essential Eight. Requires current NV1 clearance; onsite for first six weeks, then hybrid with 3+ office days per week.

Darwin Consultancy is seeking experienced Project Managers to support Services Australia’s Cyber Uplift Program, delivering security improvements across a complex technology environment.
Please only apply if you currently hold NV1 security clearance and have proven experience delivering cyber security projects.
The opportunity
• Excellent hourly rate reflecting your experience
• Up to 12 month contract, with potential extensions
• Estimated start 1 February 2027
• Opportunities in Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide
• Onsite for the first six weeks, with potential hybrid arrangements thereafter requiring at least three office days per week

• Coordination across security, architecture, engineering and operations teams

• Successful delivery of cyber security projects in government or regulated environments
• Practical knowledge of government security frameworks
