Accenture's Operational Technology Security practice protects critical infrastructure and industrial environments from cyber threats across diverse sectors: Energy, Utilities, Chemicals, Natural Resources, Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Defence. We're looking for an experienced OT Cyber Security Senior Manager to take ownership of complex security programmes, lead client engagements, and build our team's technical capability.
You'll work with both Critical National Infrastructure clients and industrial organisations solving sophisticated OT security challenges. Reporting to the Head of OT Cyber Security, you'll operate Netherland-wide with hybrid arrangements (typically 2-3 days per week in our Amsterdam office, with additional client site visits as needed). What You'll Do - Client Delivery & Leadership - Lead end-to-end delivery of OT security projects in regulated environments, managing timelines, budgets, and security standards - Act as primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building trust-based relationships and ensuring seamless execution - Conduct cybersecurity strategy assessments, readiness evaluations, and discovery workshops using industry frameworks and compliance mandates - Identify and articulate risks at project, business, and technical levels, delivering proportionate, cost-effective mitigation strategies - Technical Expertise - Perform detailed analysis of Industrial Control Systems (SCADA, DCS, IIoT) architecture, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending improvements - Design and implement robust cybersecurity solutions tailored to ICS environments - Develop ICS security control frameworks incorporating ind...
