Manages the first-line service-management framework for Cyber services at an investment bank, coordinating regional tech teams and third-party suppliers via a SIAM integration hub across EMEA, the Americas and APAC. Day to day: SLA/KPI governance, service reporting and catalogue management, supplier coordination, and continual improvement using ServiceNow and ITIL v4/5.
