As the Cyber Security Solution Architect, you will have the opportunity to provide leadership, continuously learn, and demonstrate results in the areas of Cyber Security and Risk Management including security by design for digital transformations from the Edge to Cloud.
On that role, you will provide security focused transformations to HPE’s customers, including security modernization, cyber resiliency, and zero trust. The role includes consulting with cross-industry organizations to advise, assess, architect, design, and implement security solutions as part of the HPE Worldwide Professional Services Delivery, Cybersecurity Competency across multiple geographies.
In a typical day as a Cyber Security Solution Architect you will
· Act as Senior Consultant who analyses and develops recommendations and solutions for HPE’s external enterprise customers.
· Regularly lead in the technical assessments and delivery of cyber security technical solutions with customers.
· Often act as a team lead responsible for a team structure conducive to high performance and ensuring high quality deliverables on time and in scope.
· Provide advanced security consulting and advice to internal teams on proposal efforts, solution design, operations management, tuning and modification of solutions.
· Respond to requests for technical and architectural information from customers and from internal cross-geo requests.
· Engage in technical problem solving across multiple security technologies; often needs to develop new methods to apply to the situation.
· Contribute to knowledge sharing within a community (e.g., team, practice, or project). Ensures team members support knowledge sharing and re-use requirements of project. Contributes significant knowledge to job family community.
· Create security architectures, implement solutions at the customers, cooperate with country delivery resources, support sales activities, and act as security advisor for big accounts.
Your profile:
· 10+ years of experience on a similar position
· Obtained at least the Bachelor University degree; having an MBA degree will be considered an advantage
· Owns at lease a local security clearance and is willing to extend to higher levels
· Candidate should have at least one of the following certifications – CISSP, CISM, CCISO.
· Strong knowledge and project experience on at least 4 of the following areas: Cloud and data centre security, AI Security, network security, identity & access management, security
operations and incident management and data security including encryption & PKI. Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery is a plus.
· Has depth and breadth of technical and architectural knowledge to collect and validate customer requirements, scope, propose, design, and implement multiple security deliverables across multiple security domains covering edge, cloud, and AI. Possesses an understanding, at a broad and detailed level, of architectural dependencies of technologies in use in the customer's IT environment and has experience with architecture modelling methodologies such as TOGAF.
· Experience with different industry standards like ISO27001, NIST, GDPR, NIS2, … and how to implement them.
· Experience with different security tools/vendors like Nexus (DA and PKI), CyberArk, ArcSight, KeyCloak, Thales, Okta, Splunk. Elastic, CrowdStrike, Owl, Qualys
· Customer focus and ability to demonstrate broad understanding of market dynamics, and commercial issues.
· Ability to communicate with internal and external senior management (C-level) confidently and professionally, breakdown and communicate complex concepts and issues into easily consumable written and verbal communications, and ability to present within own area of expertise as part of a customer sales presentation, putting forward domain-specific information within the context of the company strategy and focus
· High level of autonomy under general direction, and ability to independently complete, as well as lead team in the delivery of complex projects with multiple deliverables and technologies. Can demonstrate innovation and thought leadership through problem solving, new ideas, experience, or forward-thinking concepts.
· Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
· Ability and willingness to travel, also across the countries (%50 travel is required)
