Cyber Security Specialist
About the role
You keep the company and its clients safe: accounts, devices, data and the automations that move it. One person, full ownership, reporting to the founder.
What you will do
Run access control across Google Workspace, Lark, Cloudflare, Supabase, n8n and our ad and social accounts: who has what, and why
Set up and enforce two-factor sign-in, password management and device standards for a team across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia
Watch for phishing and account takeovers, and run the response when something happens
Review how client data is stored and shared, and keep us within the PDPA in Singapore and Malaysia
Check vendors and tools before we adopt them
Train the team: short, practical, repeated
What you bring
2 or more years in security operations, IT security or a similar hands-on role
Identity and access, email security and cloud account hardening, in practice not in theory
You can explain a risk to a non-technical founder in two sentences
You document what you set up so it survives you
A plus: Cloudflare, Google Workspace admin, incident response, a security certification
